List a folder version's files
The folder version's manifest: every file's path, size, SHA-256 and media type, sorted by path. A file artifact is a 400.

Streams the bytes through the Runtime. One `Range: bytes=…` gives `206` with `Content-Range`; several ranges give the whole file. A folder is a `400`: read its tree, its files or its zip.

Streams the file at `path` (its path in the folder, with `/` percent-encoded as `%2F`) through the Runtime, with Range as for a file artifact.
