Download a folder version as a zip
Streams the folder's files as one zip archive (deflated, UTF-8 names), read from the Object store as it goes. A file artifact is a 400.

The files added, removed and changed from version `from` (default: the one before) to this one. Version 1 without `from` lists every file as added.
Mint a capability link POST
A short-lived path that downloads one version, with Range, with no other credential: for `<img>` tags, UIs and sharing. Signed by the Runtime with the Tenant's signing key; at most 15 minutes; it opens nothing once the artifact is deleted. A folder's link opens its zip, or with `file` that one file.
