The largest file one upload may store, and the most bytes all artifacts may hold. Unset limits take the defaults (100 MiB and 10 GiB).
Set the Tenant's skill limit PUT
The most bytes one skill's files may hold together, for every agent manifest the Tenant stores, whose runtime section may set a lower one (`limits.skills`). Unset, the limit takes the default (2 GiB). Manifests already saved keep their skills; a session opens only while its Agent's skills fit.
